Armani-Si-EDP

I have quite the collection of perfume. I love to change up my perfume for the season, special occasions, or simply because of my mood. In warmer weather I like to wear fresh or fruity scents. In colder weather, I love to wear warm, spicy, and more gourmand fragrances. Since I have such a collection of perfumes I don’t have a true signature scent, but if I had to choose just one it would have to be Armani Si.

Armani Si is a chypre fruity scent that is made up of the following fragrance notes:

• Top Notes: Blackcurrant Nectar
• Middle Notes: Fressia and May Rose
• Base Notes: Vanilla, Patchouli, Ambroxan, and Woody Notes

Armani Si at first spray is sweet, green, and fresh. After five minutes the scent becomes warm and fruity, but never spicy. Because Si is so fresh in the opening and dries down so smooth, it can be worn year-round, but it shines best in the fall. To me, the blackcurrant, vanilla, and ambroxan are the notes that shine through the most, leaving me with a rich almost wine like scent. Si is a luxurious, rich, and calming scent that lasts for hours.

Armani Si is my Swiss army knife.

The scent is elegant enough for special occasions, but not too fancy to wear everyday. I wear it to work, but I also wear it for date nights too! It’s classy and sexy. Armani Si is truly is an all-season all-occasion fragrance. This delicious perfume is comforting, creamy, warm, and sensual. I really cannot say enough good things about it!

When I wear Armani Si, it makes me feel warm, sexy, confident, and independent. Honestly, when I wear it, it just feels like me.

This cozy perfume also has a special place in my heart because it reminds me of my vacation to the beautiful state of Washington. Last September, my husband, Robert and I visited all the highlights of Seattle, hiked around Deception Pass, and spent the afternoon wandering the streets of the quaint beach town of La Conner. I wore this scent on every excursion and now Armani Si is synonymous with Seattle. Every time I put on the lotion or the perfume, I am immediately reminded of our exciting adventure and Seattle’s breathtaking combination of ocean, mountains, and evergreen trees.

The longevity of Armani Si is spectacular. It may be one of the longest wearing perfumes I own. The scent lasts around five hours on my skin, but days on my clothes. If you want to increase the performance, definitely pair the scent with the lotion. Si is a powerhouse fragrance so be aware that when you apply, everyone will know you are wearing perfume. Every time I wear Si, I get compliments. With it’s sultry and smooth scent, Si will be sure to please.
